Harlow was rescued from a southern shelter where she was on death row. She was placed in foster care where she recovered from heartworm treatment and then adopted into a loving home. No more kennel and concrete walls for this amazing young girl!

Maddy, South Londonderry, NH
Maddy's new family adopted Chance (on right) from Long Trail in 2011. We were lucky enough to be able to place two of our rescue dogs with the same family!

Bonni, Enfield, NH
Bonni came to us from a concerned neighbor who picked her up from a backyard breeder that neglected to have her treated for a large growth on the inside of her back leg. This is Bonni recovering at Stonecliff Animal Clinic of NH following surgery. It wasn't long after that Long Trail was able to place her in a loving, permanent home.

everything is goin great! we decided to name him Neely after Cam
Neely
(a former bruins hockey player). Jeff and I love him so much and are so
happy with our decision to adopt him. we went to the vet to introduce
ourselves and they say neely is healthy and happy. tonight was our first
puppy training class and he is already catching on with his commands.
he is just so smart! he spent a few hours with Jeff at work today and he
gets along with the other dogs and seems like he will enjoy being able
to go there and play. thank you so much for all your help and rescuing
him so we were able to meet and fall in love with our new best friend. I
will send a couple pics so you can see him and I'll be happy to keep
you updated as he grows and learns with us. talk soon.
